Brittany and Brian’s St. Petersburg, Florida wedding was held at the beautiful Grace Lutheran Church on a warm and sunny day. The couple opted for a simple affair with their closest family and friends. Brittany wore a gorgeous Allure wedding gown that complimented her perfectly. I really liked the details of the elegant peony bouquet she carried as well as cute personal items like her college themed garter. I loved the couples gorgeous rings as well.
I thought it was perfect that Brittany added a touch of blue with her Culver’s converse shoes. This was a nod to Brian as he’s a Culver’s franchise owner. I thought this touch was too cute and looked so comfy (coming from a fellow converse girl!).
Brittany prepared to meet Brian for a intimate first look at the Hilton in Downtown St. Pete. She shared her time before the wedding with her closest friends and her mom. Although these ladies weren’t officially in the wedding they all looked gorgeous and helped with all the preparations.
The couple had their first look in a tucked away place slightly away from the hustle of downtown St. Pete. They laughed together, enjoyed a few moments and then headed to the church to make their love official. It’s so cute how Brian makes Brittany light up. Together they are constantly laughing and enjoying one another.
I love Grace Lutheran Church for so many reasons, one, I spent many years of my childhood attending school there and two, it’s got a moody but beautiful atmosphere that comes to life with amazing floor to ceiling stained glass and wide spending pews. When you walk in you just have to take it all in. It’s really a stunning church.
Congratulations to the Carey’s!! Wishing you a lifetime of laughter, love and happiness!
